Coaching Experience:  Assistant football coach South Putnam HS 1977-1984; head coach South Putnam 1985-2005, with a 140-99 varsity record; Nick Mourouzis Lineman Camp coach 1987-2002; also, head wrestling coach South Putnam 1977-1986 and assistant wrestling coach 1987-1989.

Coaching Honors:  1A State Championship 1986; 1A Runner-up 2002; 6 Regional Championships; 8 Sectional Championships; 3 West Central Conference Championships 1987, 1988, and 1999; South All-Star assistant coach 1987, 2002; Wabash Valley All-Star assistant coach 2005 and 2010, and head coach in 2006.

Outstanding Players Coached:  South All-Stars - Brian Meek, Tony Cash, Brian Bridgewater, Bruce Bridgewater, Tege Lewis, Jeremy Sadler, Todd Carter, Todd Weddle; Class 1A Eskew Mental Attitude Award Winner and South All-Star, Kole Ames; National Football Scholar Athletes Chris Cummings and Drew Christy.

Special Recognition:  Wabash Valley Football Coaches Association Hall of Fame 2006; Legacy of Commitment Award 2006.
