Coaching Experience:  Head coach 15 years at Angola, Goshen, and Mishawaka; defensive assistant for 6 years at Indiana University; served 4 years as an assistant at Purdue University and 2 years at the Citadel; defensive coordinator and assistant head coach at Washington State University for 12 years.

Coaching Honors:  State runner-up at Mishawaka HS 1974; head coach on North team in North-South All-Star Game.

Outstanding Players Coached:  Mark Fields, New Orleans; Chris Hayes, New York Jets; James Darling, Philadelphia Eagles;  Mark Ledbetter, Orlando; Ron Childs, New Orleans; Steve Gleason, Indianapolis.
