College Honors: 4-year varsity football starter/letterman; All-Mid American Conference Honorable Mention 1982; 2nd Team All-Mid American 1983, winning MAC championship and California Bowl; 1st Team All-Mid American 1984; Honorable Mention All-American 1984-1985.

Professional Athletics: 1985 free agent draft pick of Dallas Cowboys.

Coaching Experience: Special teams coordinator at Valparaiso High School working with punters and kickers 1987-2007.

Special Recognition: Named to NIU All-Century Team; inducted into NIU Hall of Fame; named to All-Time Huskie Stadium Team; punting and kicking consultant since 2007; presenter at IFCA, Glazier, and AFCA clinics; received 20-year service award from IFCA; currently serves as Building and Grounds Director, Valparaiso Community Schools.
