The Hall of Fame is honored to announce that four outstanding candidates were inducted on June 23, 2010, in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Inductees included John F. Gaughan, Dale E. Hummer, John C. Hutton, and Rick Minnich. A warm and welcoming ceremony was enjoyed by all. The Master of Ceremonies was Russ Isaacs, invocation was given by Kirk Sorg, and Hall of Fame Vice-President, Ken Jordan, presented plaques to the inductees. EAST-WEST HIGH SCHOOL ALL-STAR CLASSIC, held JUNE 25, 2010, in Richmond, AND SPONSORED BY FIRST BANK RICHMOND, was a great success. The weather was perfect and the players, coaches, and cheerleaders did an outstanding job. West defeated East by a score of 42-14. The game was taped. Commemorative T-shirts and DVDs are available. THE 1968 ROSE BOWL TEAM AND BIG TEN CHAMPIONS OF INDIANA UNIVERSITY, ALONG WITH COACH JOHN PONT AND PLAYER TERRY COLE, WERE HONORED AT THE INDIANA FOOTBALL HALL OF FAME JULY 27, 2010.
The 2010 Indiana Football Hall of Fame Scholarship recipients have been selected. The 2010 Golf Privilege Cards to benefit the Indiana Football Hall of Fame Scholarship Fund are now available for a donation of $20. The golf card permits a round of golf at 14 east-central Indiana golf courses at reduced rates.
